Dr was pleasant & thorough. He clearly stated the path we are going to take. He had a trainee with him & I was impressed how he let him show us some exercises & then Dr Patel showed him again & also us. The only negative was the wait time but as a new patient he took the time to answer all our questions as I am sure he did for other patients therefore that takes time. I feel fortunate to be his patient & I am sure he will prescribe the correct solution for my problem. Thank you Dr Patel

Dr Patel was so thorough in explaining the results of my lab work and other test results and following up with more tests. I feel he is so concerned with my well being. Everyone in the office is very nice.

It took a year to get an appointment with him and as soon as I got there the doors were locked until after my appointment time. He didn’t treat me like a person who needed care, more so a test subject. He dismissed me, assuming I’d just roll with whatever he wanted, and when I asked for a referral to a different pulmonologist in the area, he get snippy and referred me to Sacramento, when I know there are closer ones around.

My experience yesterday, the 11th of July at Mercy Hospital Pavilion was a very positive experience. I felt that everyone involved were caring, well trained and professional. I was made to feel less anxious due to the great professionalism offered me.
Dr. Patel was very kind as well as the anesthesiologist… both were exceptional!!
