Dr Patel was so thorough in explaining the results of my lab work and other test results and following up with more tests. I feel he is so concerned with my well being. Everyone in the office is very nice.

It took a year to get an appointment with him and as soon as I got there the doors were locked until after my appointment time. He didn’t treat me like a person who needed care, more so a test subject. He dismissed me, assuming I’d just roll with whatever he wanted, and when I asked for a referral to a different pulmonologist in the area, he get snippy and referred me to Sacramento, when I know there are closer ones around.

My experience yesterday, the 11th of July at Mercy Hospital Pavilion was a very positive experience. I felt that everyone involved were caring, well trained and professional. I was made to feel less anxious due to the great professionalism offered me.
Dr. Patel was very kind as well as the anesthesiologist… both were exceptional!!

It was a long wait to see Dr. Patel but understandable since he is the only pulmonologist in Merced County. The Dr. was apologetic. He reviewed my results with me and answered my questions. Office staff was efficient and I appreciate the signs letting me know about wait times. I highly recommend this doctor.

My appointment was for Merced . I showed up and your office says my appointment was in Turlock. Well I took a picture of my appointment and it clearly gives the Merced office address and time of appointment.

I should be billing you for my time spent driving to and from to appointment you set up with me.
My time is valuable also. I suppose you’re going to bill me for an office visit. Boy, good luck on that!
Good luck with the office staff that set this appointment up. I’m sure I’m not the first one they screwed up.
