Dr. Patel explained my conditions to me very calmly & then demonstrated how to use my inhaler. Calm & pleasant demeanor. Office staff are friendly. Takes awhile to be seen, but if it's for thorough care I'll wait

My appointment was at 2:30 PM and I did not get called back into a room until 3:35 PM so that was a little frustrating. The appointment itself was fine. I found Dr Patel to be helpful and nice. I’m hoping the hour wait was just a one time thing.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Dr Patel as well was very attentive listening to everything I had to say. He answered all my questions. He also understood the urgency and in a very calming manner put everything in motion putting my fears at ease.

I love going to Dr. Patel. I have been seeing him for many years. When I go to him for a large complaint or a small one, he always takes care of everything with a smile. My friend came with me for my last appointment; she was also impressed with his kindness and knowledge. He is just the best.
